For an operations team at 1&1 Internet SE processing around 50,000 order processes per week, I introduced the Elastic Stack. Result: automated error categorisation improved from approx. 30% to 90%, processing rate from 60% to over 90%. Officially published as a case study by Elastic.

I designed, built and operated the Process Control Center (PCC) at 1&1 — a monitoring solution that tracks business processes rather than just infrastructure: cross-system and cross-platform, in real time, with configurable thresholds for runtimes and volumes. Stalled processes are detected before they become business-critical.
Infrastructure / System Operations
Operation of over 250 machines across more than 20 functional clusters in a Debian environment — fully automated with Ansible and GoCD, including build and deployment in a Java CI/CD environment.
